Oops... We are human though... So, if we do make a mistake, you can rest assured that we will immediately redo your order at no additional cost to you or, if you prefer, simply refund you the amount paid for any returned items. 

 

Oops again... We're betting that you're human, too! So, if YOU make a mistake (such as a misspelling or incorrect color choice), although we cannot accept returned customized products (since they have been customized, they have no resale value), we will work with you on having your order remade correctly and get you the best price possible. 

 

IMPORTANT: When you place your order online or over the phone, you will receive a Sales Receipt or an Invoice via email. It is your responsibility to review all the address and order information to ensure that it is correct. If anything is incorrect, please contact us as quickly as possible. If we do not hear anything from you, we must assume that all the information is correct and we will begin production (unless we are waiting on a layout approval from you) and fulfill the order as is.  

 

Products that have not been customized may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) for any reason within 30 days - provided that they are in resaleable condition.
