Layout Disclaimer: 

 

-If you upload your own image/text there are instances when the Production Manager might have to adjust the size or positioning of your uploaded image/text. If a variation to make it work is not ok you need to call us to let us know. 

 

- If you ordered swirled bands please note that the swirl on the layout is for reference only and the actual band will be more random and will have some blending of colors. Example: Blue and Yellow swirled bands will have Green. Red and White swirled bands will have Pink. Once a product is approved and made to your specification with the colors you have selected, we cannot remake if you do not like the outcome of the swirl. 

 

- The colors on a swirled band can end up lighter than original color. 

 

- The Pantone Color Chart is for reference only and is more for printing processes. When used with Silicone, there can be some variation in color shade. Please refer to our website for further information on this. 

 

- If you ordered Printed or Color-Filled bands your message will appear in the color that you selected. 

 

- If you ordered regular Debossed/Embossed or Laser Engraved Bands your message will appear in any color so it can be easily viewed. 

Please note however, your actual message will be the same color of the band itself. 

 

- The message on a Laser Engraved band is not embedded as deep as the Debossed band. 

 

- If you ordered Glow in the Dark bands, the glow powder that is mixed with the silicone will alter the original shade making it lighter and may give it a translucent effect. 

 

-The Glow in the Dark option only shows up on lighter colors and will not show up on dark colors. 

 

- Please note if the font you selected is Arial Black - that is a font and NOT a color. 

 

-The message on Laser Engraved Dog tag's will be engraved making a shade of white on the colored dog tag. Except on the Camo Dog Tag where the message is a golden/camo tone. Do not expect the engraved message to be embedded into the dog tag. It is a chemical reaction between the Anodized Aluminum and the laser engraving machine that only takes a small layer off of the dog tag. This layer looks to be the same level as the dog tag but is a white tone due to the chemical reaction. 

 

- As stated on our website, turn around time for the Debossed/Embossed, Debossed Color-Fill and Printed bands, custom lanyards, and customized dog tags averages 2-3 weeks from layout approval...depending on quantity. For larger order of 10,000 or more it can range from 2-4 weeks depending on actual quantity and style. 

 

- Rush orders Usually take 3-4 business days for production and then it ships. Shipipng time will depend on what service you choose in the shopping cart. For example if I choose Next day air it would take 5 business days to get to me. If you need it sooner then that contact us to see if you can shorten production time with a priority processing fee. 

 

- If you have multiple designs in your designer account and you add one to your shopping cart that is the design that will get produced. 

 

- If you send us full color or multi-color artwork for a one color design your artwork will need to be revised before it is ready for production. This can add 1-3 business days to your order so to avoid this make sure your artwork is a one color design when uploaded with the order. Some artwork will not be able to be converted and may need to be replaced with alternate artwork. 

 

Please Note: Items that offer "Free Shipping to Most Western Countries" (such as Custom Debossed Silicone Bracelets and Customized Embossed Rubber Wristbands) include all shipping fees; however, CAS Enterprises, Inc. & TheAwristocrat.com have no control over various countries' Customs Fees, Duties, or Tariffs and do not cover those expenses. 

 

-Purchase Orders are only accepted from companies in the United States. If you have questions on this give us a call 1-800-778-1580. 

 

Return policy: 

 

We Guarantee 100% that your order will be fulfilled to your EXACT specifications. 

 

Oops... We are human though... So, if we do make a mistake, you can rest assured that we will immediately redo your order at no additional cost to you or, if you prefer, simply refund you the amount paid for any returned items. 

 

Oops again... We're betting that you're human, too! So, if YOU make a mistake (such as a misspelling or incorrect color choice), although we cannot accept returned customized products (since they have been customized, they have no resale value), we will work with you on having your order remade correctly and get you the best price possible. 

IMPORTANT: When you place your order online or over the phone, you will receive a Sales Receipt or an Invoice via email. It is your responsibility to review all the address and order information to ensure that it is correct. If anything is incorrect, please contact us as quickly as possible. If we do not hear anything from you, we must assume that all the information is correct and we will begin production (unless we are waiting on a layout approval from you) and fulfill the order as is. 

 

Products that have not been customized may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) for any reason within 30 days - provided that they are in resaleable condition.
