IMPORTANT:  Straight Quantity Pricing for Debossed, Embossed, & Printed Silicone Bracelets is available ONLY when the Message and Size are EXACTLY the same. Otherwise, there is an additional $50.00 Mold Fee for each additional Message and/or Size.

Due to the time-consuming nature of creating multiple setups, a minimal $5.00 Setup Fee for each additional Message/Setup will be charged for Laser-Engraved products such as Laser-Engraved Rubber Bracelets, Laser-Engraved Dog Tags, and Laser-Engraved Leather Bracelets.  You can still select multiple colors and/or sizes without it affecting the price.

In addition, you can still place your order online and receive Quantity Pricing; however, a customer service rep will contact you regarding any additional mold or setup fees.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 1-800-778-1580.

This policy is discussed below in our Terms and Conditions under the headings "Mixing Colors & Sizes" and "Setup Fees."

Oops...  We are human though...  So, if we do make a mistake, you can rest assured that we will immediately redo your order at no additional cost to you or, if you prefer, simply refund you the amount paid for any returned items.

Oops again...  We're betting that you're human, too!  So, if YOU make a mistake (such as a misspelling or incorrect color choice), although we cannot accept returned customized products (since they have been customized, they have no resale value), we will work with you on having your order remade correctly and get you the best price possible.

IMPORTANT:  When you place your order online or over the phone, you will receive a Sales Receipt or an Invoice via email.  It is your responsibility to review all the address and order information to ensure that it is correct.  If anything is incorrect, please contact us as quickly as possible.  If we do not hear anything from you, we must assume that all the information is correct and we will begin production (unless we are waiting on a layout approval from you) and fulfill the order as is.

Products that have not been customized may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) for any reason within 30 days - provided that they are in resaleable condition.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Options: If it converts to cash, we accept it! Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, Check, Wire Transfers, and Purchase Orders.

Shipping: We ship UPS Ground for FREE on all orders over $50; however, you may upgrade your shipping option to 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air if you need your order super fast.

Production Time & Deadlines: Production time varies from 2 business days to 3 weeks depending on the product, service, and quantity selected. If you have a deadline, simply give us a call and we'll do everything within our power to meet it.

Mixing Colors & Sizes: We believe in giving you the "Best Deal on the Planet;" so, it is usually possible for us to give you quantity pricing regardless of the number of colors or sizes (this is not always possible; but, we'll work with you). If the message/artwork is changed, there may be a small additional setup fee.

Setup Fees: There are NO SETUP FEES on any items listed in our catalog; however, an additional (small) setup fee may be charged for multiple messages and/or sizes in order to give you the best quantity pricing possible.

Artwork Requirements: NONE! We have accepted scanned napkin drawings in the past and made them work! Of course, good vector artwork or a high resolution JPG will enable us to give you the best quality product possible.

Pre-production Proofs: Proofs are available upon request for FREE! We find it to be outrageous that others actually charge for this service! We want your order to be completed to your exact specifications and exactly how you have envisioned it.

Trademark Usage: We assume that all artwork or other materials submitted by you is in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademarks, service marks, copyrights, or other similar intellectual property protection.
